Job responsibilities of a Real Estate Consultant include:

• Manage the growth and performance of a designated location, maximizing revenue and occupancy.
• Managing the day to day operations of the property.
• Handle rental issues, inquiries and customer concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Help sell properties through client referrals, relationships with local businesses, and meaningful community involvement.

Requirements for a property manager position include:

• Experience in customer service or property management is a plus (NOT REQUIRED)
• Rental experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Description: Real Estate Consultant

•  Working hours: 5/2 from 10-00 to 18-00
• Payout frequency: Once in 2 week (26 salaries per year)
• Where to work: At home

Salary Description: Base salary plus commission

The real estate consultant has a base salary of 12,000kr per month plus an additional 15% of the monthly rent every time a new tenant enters into a contract. Real estate consultant  at Qavita without higher education has an average annual income of 224,000kr per year.
