Job responsibilities of a employment agent include:

• Manage the growth and performance of a designated location, maximizing revenue and occupancy.
• Managing the day to day operations of the recruiting.
• Handle candidate issues, inquiries and customer concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Help  employers and candidates through client referrals, relationships with local businesses, and meaningful community involvement.

Requirements for an employment agent position include:

• Experience in customer service or recruiting management is a plus (NOT REQUIRED)
• Recruiting experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Description: Employment agent

• Working hours: 5/2 from 10-00 to 18-00
• Payout frequency: Once in 2 week (26 salaries per year)

Salary Description: Base salary plus commission

The employment agent has a base salary of 12,000kr per month plus an additional 25% of  a new employ enters into a contract. Real estate consultant  at Qavita without higher education has an average annual income of 224,000kr per year.
